hi guys uh today iamp;#39;m gonna discuss uh pretty wide the common problem encountered mostly on dell computers um and the problem describing uh itamp;#39;s actually when you get a message when you turn on the computer that ac adapter connected battery not charging now uh many people might think that itamp;#39;s a problem with the battery uh yes that could be uh one of the causes but itamp;#39;s um very improbable especially if the computer is one of the newer ones and iamp;#39;m talking about the dell xps either the um 13 or the 15 inch one uh itamp;#39;s one of these guys um so this particular one has a seventh generation i5 so itamp;#39;s not a very old computer so the chances of the battery being bad are minimal iamp;#39;m not saying that itamp;#39;s not possible but uh slight chances now uh for example in this particular case you see the adapter it lights up however when plugged in the computer the lights in front say in front of the computer that light should light up u

A spectrum with a wide range of binding energy, 0 to ca. 1400 eV, is called a survey spectrum, and a high-resolution spectrum with a specific range of binding energy for the desired element is called a multiplex spectrum.
The average depth of analysis for an XPS measurement is approximately 5 nm.
Fundamental Principles of X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy XPS is an application of the photoelectric effect (Acrobat (PDF) 184kB Jul29 21) described by Einstein (1905, and was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1921), in which electrons are emitted from atoms in response to impinging electromagnetic radiation.
In XPS analysis, the position of a peak on the x-axis indicates the elemental and chemical composition. This axis is traditionally displayed as Binding Energy in electron volts (eV).
XPS detects all elements besides hydrogen and helium, so a survey scan is usually a starting point for most analyses. For each element, there is a range of electron states open to excitation by the x-ray beam.
Each element produces a set of characteristic XPS peaks. These peaks correspond to the electron configuration of the electrons within the atoms, e.g., 1s, 2s, 2p, 3s, etc. The number of detected electrons in each peak is directly related to the amount of element within the XPS sampling volume.
X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) or Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis (ESCA) is a technique which analyzes the elements constituting the sample surface, its composition, and chemical bonding state by irradiating x-rays on the sample surface, and measuring the kinetic energy of the photoelectrons emitted
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), also known as electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA), is a technique for analyzing a materials surface chemistry. XPS can measure elemental composition as well as the chemical and electronic state of the atoms within a material.
