When you send a message or photo with invisible ink, the words and images are atomized only to be revealed with the swipe of a finger. It gives the allusion of security; taking a screenshot of it is a challenge but not impossible. The use of invisible ink also breaks up the monotony of texting.

Write a message with either lemon juice or milk and let it dry. Hold the paper a few inches over a lightbulb for a couple of minutes to reveal the message. Mix equal parts baking soda and water and write your message with a cotton swab. After it dries, spread grape juice over the paper to read your message.
How to disable invisible ink Tap on Settings. Tap on General. Tap on Accessibility. Tap on Reduce Motion. Tap the switch on the right side of Reduce Motion to enable it. (This will disable iMessage effects in the Messages app.)
How to Make Invisible Ink With Baking Soda Mix equal parts water and baking soda. This will be your invisible ink! Use a paintbrush, cotton swab, or similar tool to write an invisible message on a piece of paper. Allow the invisible ink to dry. Hold the paper up to a heat source (light bulb, hairdryer). Voila!
Any of the following for your invisible inks: Any acidic fruit juice (e.g. lemon, apple, or orange juice) Onion juice. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) (or 1 M sodium hydrogen carbonate)
