Of course, I could try to do this manually or I can get PowerPoint to do it for me! The first thing you need to do is select the objects. To select all of them at once, just hold Shift on your keyboard while you click. Next, well go the Format tab and click the Align command. You have several different options to choose from ranging from vertical to horizontal alignment. You can also choose whether to align the objects to the slide or to each other, which is the default setting when you select multiple objects like this. Run Spell Check The Spelling pane appears at the right. The presentation is checked for spelling, and the first potential spelling error appears highlighted. Select a Spelling option. Click Ignore or Ignore All to ignore instances of the misspelled word.
