the easiest way to highlight is to use the this little highlight button here you can choose different colors I recommend lighter colors so you can see through them so if you highlight what you the word you want and then go to the color you want itll highlight those you can always change the color to something else lets say you wanted to indicate one thing with yellow and one thing with blue and then if you want to add little notations you just put your cursor wherever at whatever point you want to do that and then click this little button and here is where you can add a notation you could say something like they were and then when that is shared with me it will be visible
