In todays video, Im going to show you how you can add a header and footer to your worksheets. For example, lets say you want to add in your company logo to the header of each printed page, or you want to add in page numbers to the footer of your printed pages or to your pdf documents and also how you can tweak the logo or the picture to make sure it fits properly inside your header. One question I get often is how to apply the same header that you take the time and you create it for one of the tabs, so how can you apply that to other tabs at the same time? This is a sample spreadsheet that I have open. I have a few tabs here Im currently in tap T2. Lets see, for this one, I wouldnt add in a header. Now there are different places you can do this. One option is to do it from page layout so you can go here and under page setup, you have this little icon here, just click on this. Then you just go to header and footer, and right here you can add in a custom header or you can add in a

This means it is not 100% accurate. It is only a screening test to see who might need more tests for their pregnancy. There can be false-positive results. These results show a problem when the baby is actually healthy.
In healthy adults, serum AFP level typically falls into the range of 510 ng/mL [7]. On the other hand, an elevated serum level of AFP is frequently associated with HCC or other liver diseases. Studies have shown that an AFP level above 400 ng/mL can generally be considered as diagnostic for HCC [3].
The AFP concentration in maternal serum rises throughout pregnancy, from the nonpregnancy level of 0.2 ng/mL to about 250 ng/mL at 32 weeks gestation.
Normal risk for NTD: Normal levels do not ensure birth of a normal infant; AFP screening has a false-negative rate of 8% for anencephaly and 38% for spina bifida. Closed NTD will not be detected in most cases.
A negative or normal test usually means your baby likely does not have genetic abnormalities related to the neural tube.
An AFP level between 0 ng/mL to 40 ng/mL is normal for adults. An extremely high level of AFP in your bloodgreater than 400 ng/mLcould be a sign of liver tumors. High levels of AFP may mean other cancers, including Hodgkin disease, lymphoma, and renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer).
Here is the normal range: For adults: less than 40 ng/mL. At 15 to 21 weeks gestation: 10 to 150 ng/mL.
An AFP blood test is used during pregnancy to check the babys risk of birth defects and genetic disorders, such as neural tube defects or Down syndrome. The test does not diagnose any health conditions.
A screen negative result means that your likelihood of having a child with a neural tube defect is one in 1,000 or less. It also means that your likelihood of having a child with Down syndrome is less than that of a 35-year-old woman. It is never possible to be sure that your baby is going to be normal.
