can we talk about the flags for a second because I think a lot of us um it resonates right we we talk to our friends in casual language and we say hey wasnamp;#39;t that a red flag uh wasnamp;#39;t that something you should have been aware of uh 10 years ago or 10 minutes ago and I think this flagging is is something that we tend to like we ignore in certain relationships or perhaps we we overestimate it or underestimate it right because it could be a no big deal but we thought it was a huge deal right or it could be a huge Monumental deal breaker but we thought you know everything else kind of lines up letamp;#39;s just sweep that one under the rug

When flown at half-staff, the flag should be first hoisted to the peak for an instant and then lowered to half-staff position. It should again be raised to the peak before it is lowered for the day. Half-staff is one-half the distance between the top and bottom of the staff.
Using Bit Flags Project:This information applies to InstallScript projects. To set bit flags in a variable, use the bitwise OR operator (|). To test a variable for a bit flag, use the bitwise AND operator () and the bit flag constant to zero all the bits other than the bit for which you are testing. The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature. The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything.

To clear a particular bit of a register (e.g., clear Bit 4 of PORTA) while leaving the other bits unchanged do a bitwise AND of the register and a mask which has a 0 in the bit(s) you want to clear, and a 1 in the other bits. Unset Bit. To unset (clear) a specific bit in a binary number, you can use the bitwise AND () operator along with the bitwise NOT (~) operator. Heres how you can unset a bit at a particular position. Declare a variable that will hold the bit flags. As needed, set particular bits (i.e., make the bits 1) using the | operator, clear particular bits (i.e., make the bits 0) using the operator, and/or toggle particular bits (i.e., switch the bits to their other value) using the ^ operator.
The way to do this is to first invert all the bits of the flag we want to unset, and then do an and operation with that result, so `value = ~input`. Using bit flags in c++ - Dieter Tack - Medium Dieter Tack - Medium using-bit-flags-in-c-d39 Dieter Tack - Medium using-bit-flags-in-c-d39
