courts determine questions of facts in questions of law and if you are in the middle of a lawsuit or youamp;#39;re about to enter into the court process itamp;#39;s important that you know the difference because thereamp;#39;s going to be numerous hearings and some hearings will be on matters of fact and most will be on matters of law so a matter of law question of law is always directed to the judge and youamp;#39;re asking the judge to essentially interpret and apply the law and usually this is a procedural question so for instance maybe the claim is an old claim that the plaintiff is making and the defendant is arguing that the claim should be barred through the statute of limitations and that would be a question of the law what is the law say and does it apply favorably to the defendant so there will be a motion filed there will be a hearing set up and the parties will go to the hearing based on that motion and it will be a question of law a question of fact is typically decide

DITA and Markdown are not the same thing Markdown is only a markup language, while DITA is a full authoring standard. Markdown itself only describes a format for converting text into HTML and is not enough to create documentation alone.
Instead, Docbook is used to create the manual and the FAQ, and Doxygen is used to construct the API reference. Although divergent, this conforms to the GNU Project recommendations as long as the output is of sufficient quality, as per GNU Manuals.
The main difference between DITA and DocBook is the way they organize content. DITA is designed to create topic-based documentation, while DocBook is designed to create structured documents. Topic-based documentation means each content can stand alone and be reused in different documents.
DocBook files are used to prepare output files in a wide variety of formats. Nearly always, this is accomplished using DocBook XSL stylesheets. These are XSLT stylesheets that transform DocBook documents into a number of formats (HTML, XSL-FO for later conversion into PDF, etc.).
While XML is a flexible markup language that allows you to define custom tags, DITA provides a set of predefined tags for creating structured documentation.
