hello everyone this is a quick video just to show how we could insert a negative value into some non adjacent cells in a column so the first thing weamp;#39;re going to need to do is to set up a formula in the column next to our original column and this formula is going to insert a - before the contents of the original cell in this case so b3 so this is how we would write the formula with the quotations - ampersand and then III and you can see that it placed a negative value here now we need to copy that formula to whichever other cells we need a negative value in so Iamp;#39;m going to go ahead and grab these ones here and then paste that formula and it will add that the - or negative symbol in front of the contents of all those cells the next thing we need to do is set up a filter so that we can get rid of all the blank cells and only have the negative values shown so weamp;#39;ll uncheck blanks and that will leave us with just those cells that have content here in column
