I made $5,000 in cash back from my credit cards. Hereamp;#39;s whatamp;#39;s in my wallet: first, itamp;#39;s a brand new one for me the BlockFi Bitcoin card, the Premium Rewards card, the Cash Rewards card for dining, and Amex Platinum for travel. But there are two cards I donamp;#39;t keep in my wallet. I actually use them all the time. Follow and Iamp;#39;ll show you those in my next video because without those cards I wouldnamp;#39;t be able to say that

To negate the activation of a card or effect is to cause it to not resolve after being activated. If the activation of a card or effect is negated, because it does not resolve, the most recent action of the previous Chain Link is considered the last thing to happen instead (for the purposes of missing the timing).
Negate does the same thing as Cancel does, with a targeting restriction. A spell is a card thats been cast; countering a spell means its put directly into its owners graveyard (usually, unless otherwise instructed) and it has no effect. Cancel can do this to a creature spell while Negate cannot.
701.5a To counter a spell or ability means to cancel it, removing it from the stack. It doesnt resolve and none of its effects occur. A countered spell is put into its owners graveyard.
Damage dealt by a creature with toxic grants the same number of counters regardless of how much damage is dealt. Notably, if a replacement effect modifies the damage in some way (such as that of Gratuitous Violence), the number of counters given remains unchanged.
Yep, you can definitely dip into the negatives in Magic The Gathering.
To negate an effect is to prevent it from being applied. A card effect can only be negated by a card effect that specifically uses the term negate. If Continuous Effects or Unclassified Effects are negated, they simply no longer apply. If an effect that makes a Chain Link is negated, it resolves without effect.
Destroy and Continuous Cards. Edit. Negating the activation of a card or effect and destroying that card are not the same thing; as such, even if a card is Chained to the activation of a card or effect to destroy that card, its effect may still resolve, with or without effect.
Counter target noncreature spell.
