the reference tools in word can really help us with figure captioning and cross linking and cross referencing that to our text so iamp;#39;m going to show a quick example here about how we can can do that with our figures and you can do it with tables or other elements in a word document as well and so what we typically will see in a document if somebody comes in and labels something you know figure figure one workflow but the issue is if you come back and then add in a new figure youamp;#39;ve got to go and change all of your figure references so the way we can do this automatically in word and delete that out and under my reference toolbar here iamp;#39;m going to go to insert caption so when we do that they have multiple labels and you can see those options here iamp;#39;m going to use this set this as a figure but you can also create your own label if you want to iamp;#39;m going to set this as a figure and itamp;#39;s going to go in and this is the default text size and info
