Well, I still get comments to this day of people who cant seem to find the arrow. So, struggle no longer, logo, arrow, arrow, logo. Congratulations, now that you see it, you will never not see it ever again. A couple fun facts, the logo was designed in 1994 by Lindon Leader. Unlike some people have speculated, the arrow was not an accident. He combined the fonts Univers 67 with Futura Bold and, I have a really lovely quote, all about how he did it. I started squeezing the letter spacing. I saw a white arrow start to appear between the E and the x. I thought, theres something there. I tried both fonts, but I didnt like how much I had to distort either typeface to make the arrow look good. I thought, would it be possible to blend the best features of both?
