today weamp;#39;re going to introduce question and answering in nlp when i say question answering i mean question answering in the form of a natural language search so you imagine when you you go to a shop and you you ask a shop assistant you know where is this item it kind of looks like cookies but itamp;#39;s not a cookie it tastes really good and itamp;#39;s freshly baked you want this shop assistant to to hopefully be able to point you in the right direction of whatever that thing is that you are youamp;#39;re asking for now most search systems rely on a keyword search so you need to know the the name of whatever it is youamp;#39;re looking for a terminology so in in that case we would have to know what the name is of those cookie like things but if we donamp;#39;t know name we we canamp;#39;t we canamp;#39;t search for them so that is where we have we have natural language question answering natural language question answering replicates the type of question we first asked

Confusing sufficient and necessary conditions is hands-down the most common flaw on the LSAT. Its also a flaw that tends to trip up novices the most. But understanding the difference between sufficient and necessary is a lot simpler than you might think.
Negation of a Statement 1.A dime is a coin.~s 2. Baseball is not a sport. ~p 3. She does her homework. r 4. There are not 100 cents in a dollar. ~q 5. She does not do her homework. ~r1 more row
The negation of If A, then B is a logical statement that asserts that the conditional statement If A, then B is false. In other words, it is the opposite of the original statement and means that either A is true and B is false or A is false. The negation of If A, then B can be written as A and not B.
You want to make sure you arent going overboard when negating! We only want to change enough that the statement is false. This can usually be accomplished by adding a not before the word we are negating, but there are some rules to remember.
Negation is the process of reversing the meaning of a Boolean expression. There are two approaches used to negate a Boolean expression. The first approach is the easiest one. Just use a NOT operator in front of the original Boolean expression and your negated Boolean expression is ready!
Thats how it works with negating answer choices. A lot of people mistakenly believe that negating an answer choice means saying the opposite of that statement. Thats not the case: Instead, negating a statement simply means saying that the statement isnt always true.
The unscored section can be any one of the question types Reading Comprehension, Analytical Reasoning, or Logical Reasoning and can occur at any point in the test.
None Statements An example of a none statement could be None of the restaurants around me are hiring. None can only mean one thing: zero. The negation of none, then, is not none, which is the same as some.
