To combine multiple PDFs into one PDF document on your Mac, locate the PDFs you want to combine and open them all up. Select the PDF, go to edit, select all, and make sure everything is selected. Then, to combine them, go to file, print, select PDF from the print menu, click on save as PDF, choose a name, select where to save it, type in any additional info if desired, and click save. This will process and combine all pages into one new PDF.

How to convert Pages to PDF files. Open the Pages document you want to convert to a PDF. Choose File, then Export To. Select PDF as the format. Click Next. Choose a location to save your file to and enter a name. Click Export.
In the Preview app on your Mac, choose Preview Settings, then click Images. Select an option for When opening files: Open all files in one window: Uses one window for all files you open in Preview, no matter when you open them.
You can quickly combine multiple files into a PDF right from your desktop or a Finder window. On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Control-click the selected files, then choose Quick Actions Create PDF.
Show two pages side by side: Choose View Two Pages. Scroll pages: Swipe up or down on the trackpad using two fingers. Go to a specific page: Click a thumbnail, or choose Go Go to Page. Go to the previous or next page: Click the Previous button or the Next button in the Preview toolbar.
Press Scan on your printer. Once you have scanned your pages, youll have two options: Save or Save and continue scanning. Click the Save and continue scanning option to scan multiple pages to PDF. Click the Save option and then select Save as PDF to finish.
Take these steps to split a PDF on your Mac using Preview: Open your PDF in the Preview app. Open the thumbnail view and select the page or pages you would like to separate. Drag and drop the pages to your desktop or to another folder.
Open the first PDF in Preview. Choose View Thumbnails to show page thumbnails in the sidebar. To choose where to insert the other document, select a page thumbnail. Choose Edit Insert Page from File, select the PDF that you want to add, then click Open.
