In this tutorial, Mike Rankin, Editor-in-Chief of InDesignSecrets, explains how to move pages between InDesign documents. He demonstrates with two documents: one with three pages framed in orange and another containing five pages with a blue border, using Roman numerals. To transfer the first three pages from the second document to the first, he navigates to the Layout menu and selects "Pages Move Pages." In the dialog box, he specifies the source pages (1 through 3), the destination document (Document 1), and their placement (at the start). He notes the option to delete the original pages after the move; leaving the box unchecked will copy them instead.
