Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab. Tap a category, like Activity. Tap a subcategory, like Steps. Tap Add Data in the upper-right corner.
To sync your MyChart app with Apple Health, log into MyChart on your Apple device and open the Track My Health feature. Tap the Manage Connections button at the bottom of the screen. Tap the Connect to Health button, select which categories you want to allow MyChart to update and read and then tap the Allow button.
Add your health records Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab. Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner. Under Features, tap Health Records, then tap Get Started. To add another provider, scroll down to Features, then tap Add Account.
This new feature makes it easy to add your health records, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures, and vitals from the electronic health records at Reid. Setup is simple.
At its simplest, your record should include: Your name, birth date and blood type. Information about your allergies, including drug and food allergies; details about chronic conditions you have. A list of all the medications you use, the dosages and how long youve been taking them. The dates of your doctors visits.
Open the Health app and tap Browse at the bottom-right of your screen. Select Medications, then tap Add a Medication. To identify the medication, do one of the following: Tap the text field, enter the name, then tap Add.
Filing your personal medical records in chronological order will be most beneficial to you. To do so, file all personal medical information from oldest to most current medical events, doctors, laboratory, clinic, or hospital visits.
