He begins with a source document containing three pages with an orange border and a receiving document with five pages featuring Roman numerals and a blue border. To move the first three pages from the source to the start of the receiving document, he navigates to the Layout menu and selects "Pages Move Pages." In the dialog box, he specifies the pages to move (1 through 3), the destination document, and their placement at the beginning. He notes that users can choose to delete the original pages after moving them or leave the option unchecked to copy them.
