in this video im going to show you how to automatically organize your inbox to apply labels to messages as they come into your inbox and kind of organize them in the folders so to get started im going to click on this email at the bottom and im going to click on the labels button in the toolbar i can apply one of the default labels within google or i can select create new so for here im just going to type in google and then click create that will tag this message and on the left hand side i will see that that message has been organized into this google folder that matches the label let me go back to the inbox by clicking on inbox now i can have it automatically happen as messages come into my inbox so for example ill click on this message then under the ellipses menu ill find the option to filter messages like these a filter is kind of a rule that is applied to messages as they come into your inbox so from here it will try to create a filter that matches that email in this case

Display density Sign in to Outlook on the web. Use your Microsoft 365 email address and password (your GoDaddy username and password wont work here). In the upper-right corner, select. Settings. Under Display density, select your preferred option: Full: View sender images, attachment previews, and message preview text.
In the bottom right corner of the Outlook window, drag the zoom bar right (for larger text).
Click the message body. Press and hold CTRL while you rotate the wheel button to zoom in or out.
Go to Settings View all Outlook settings Compose and reply. Under Message format, set Compose messages in to HTML format. Set the font and size you want for the default. Select Save.
On the File tab, choose Options Mail. Under Compose messages, in the Compose messages in this format list, click HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text.
From your inbox, select the Focused or Other tab, and then right-click the message you want to move. To move a message from Focused to Other, select Move Move to Other inbox. Select Always move to Other inbox if you want all future messages from the sender to be delivered to the Other tab.
Check if Outlook is running in compatibility mode and also check if Outlook is set to run with lower screen resolution. Close Outlook. Right click on Outlook icon and click on Properties. Go to Compatibility tab and ensure all the options under Compatibility mode, Settings and Privilege Level groups are unchecked.
Click the button in the ribbon to open the zoom dialog and select the desired zoom level. Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016, 2019, 2021, 365 have a zoom slider in the main Outlook window status bar (on the right side). Use this slider to adjust the zoom in the reading pane.
