Click Document Options Watermark. Click the Watermark field, then select the watermark. Write down the watermark name. Change the watermark settings.
Right-click on the watermark image and select Copy or press Ctrl+C on your keyboard to copy the image to your clipboard. Open the reply email you want to add the watermark to.
Here is a guide on how to do it in Microsoft Word: Go to the Design tab. Look for the Watermark button in the Page Background group. A drop-down menu will appear with various options. Select Remove Watermark. The watermark will be removed instantly. Save your document to keep the changes.
To change the look of a watermark, replace it with a new one. Select Design Watermark. Select Text and enter your text watermark. Try selecting Font Color or Transparency. Select OK.
First, create your custom watermark. Next, save the watermark so you can use it in other documents. On the Design tab, in the Page Background group, choose Watermark (Newer Versions) / On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Background group, choose Watermark (Office 20102007) Select Save Selection to Watermark gallery.
Use a custom watermark On the Design tab, select Watermark Custom Watermark. Choose Picture Watermark and select a picture, or choose Text watermark and type your watermark text in the Text box. Click OK.
Right-click the watermark. Click Select watermark. Below the watermark, click Edit watermark.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. If you dont see the watermark, click View Print Layout.
