first add your video and Export it now add your video again and move watermark on top now open capkit application and your export video now go to Overlay and select your other video now adjust your video now select overlay video and go to mask and select split as you can see Watermark is removed

On the Design tab, select Watermark Custom Watermark. Choose Picture Watermark and select a picture, or choose Text watermark and type your watermark text in the Text box. Click OK.
