Heres a step-by-step process: Click on the picture in your Micrsoft Word document to select it. Go to the Picture Tools tab that appears when a picture is selected, then click on Format. Within the Format tab, click on Color in the Adjust group. Under the Color dropdown menu, select Washout in the Recolor section.
