Typesetting is the process that transforms an edited and accepted manuscript into a near final product. The word typesetting comes from the original process for physical printing. Originally, moveable letters, numbers, and symbols (type) were put in place (set) by hand so that pages could be printed.
Post-processing Higher image quality translates into more available data when it comes to photo editing, giving RAWs a definitive edge over JPEGs.
One of the largest benefits of RAW is the ability to recover shadows and highlights in post-processing without bringing in the grainy noise usually associated with high ISO settings. RAWs are very forgiving if you have severely underexposed or overexposed areas.
A Raw image contains wider dynamic range and color gamut compared to a JPEG image. For highlight and shadow recovery when an image or parts of an image are underexposed or overexposed, a Raw image provides far better recovery potential compared to JPEG.
By shooting in RAW, you capture more image data, which allows for greater editing flexibility and superior image quality. Additionally, it can help you avoid common mistakes, such as overexposure or underexposure, since RAW files retain more detail.
The typesetter collects the translated script and the cleaned page scans and combines the two into a digitized manga chapter with translated dialogue. Typesetting can be done by one person or several, but usually just one to ensure uniformity.
Because it retains all of the details, true colors, lighting, and high-quality images that the camera produces, raw footage can be almost completely transformed in post-production ing to the needs of the final product.
RAW editors allow you to adjust almost anything you can imagine: exposure, sharpness, color, noise, and more. So unlike with a compressed format (JPEG, for example), if you happen to take an underexposed photo in RAW, you may very well be able to save it by pulling out more detail from the shadows.
