Click the chart you want to change. In the upper-right corner, next to the chart, click Chart Styles. Click Color and pick the color scheme you want, or click Style and pick the option you want.
On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click the More dropdown arrow in the style gallery. Do one of the following: To modify an existing cell style, right-click that cell style, and then click Modify. To create a duplicate of an existing cell style, right-click that cell style, and then click Duplicate.
Click a cell in the table. Go to Table Tools Design, and then in the Table Styles group, click the arrow next to Shading, and then point to Table Background. Click the color that you want, or to choose no color, click No Fill.

Create a custom cell style On the Home tab, click Cell Styles, and then click New Cell Style. Click New Cell Style. In the Style name box, type a name for the new style. Click Format. Click each tab, select the formatting that you want, and then click OK.
Click Page Layout Colors, and pick the set of colors you want. The first set of colors is used in the current theme. To create your own set of colors, click Customize Colors. For each theme color you want to change, click the button next to that color, and pick a color under Theme Colors.
