hello everyone and in this video i will show you how to fonts on your mac so first open safari and then search for fonts for mac now you can go to whatever website that you would want to once youamp;#39;re there select the font that you want to download so for example if i want to download this one atmosphere iamp;#39;ll just download it on my mac once the font is downloaded on your mac open launchpad and open the application phone book now over here you will see all the fonts that are that are installed on your mac click on user and over here click on the plus icon select the font that you just downloaded on your mac and now click on open as you can see the font atmosphere has been installed on your mac so that is how you new fonts on your mac thank you

In the Font Book app , choose File Add Fonts to Current User. In the window that appears, double-click the font file. Drag the font file to the Font Book app icon in the Dock, then click in the dialog that appears. Drag the font file to the Font Book window.
Replace fonts Choose Format Font Replace Fonts (from the Format menu at the top of the screen). Click the double arrows to the right of the font you want to replace, then choose a replacement. If the font is listed as a missing font, also choose a typeface. Click Replace Fonts.
Restoring the standard fonts moves any fonts youve installed into a separate folder, which makes them unavailable to use in apps. In the Font Book app on your Mac, choose Font Book Settings. Click Advanced, then click Reset Fonts. Click Proceed to confirm, and enter your password if asked (or use Touch ID).
Go to Finder Applications Font Book. Once Font Book opens, go to File and click Add Fonts. Select the font folder you want to upload to the Font Book.

In the Font Book app on your Mac, choose File New Smart Collection, then enter a name for your collection. Click the pop-up menu under Collection name, then choose All to find fonts that match all the criteria you enter, or Any to match any one of the criteria.
To preview options as you select them, choose Show Preview from the Action pop-up menu. Select the text you want to format, then do any of the following: Change the font: Select a collection, typeface, or style (such as Bold).
Select the particular font from the Font pane in Font Book. From the Preview menu, select Sample, Repertoire, or Custom. If you select Custom, you will be able to enter your text in the preview pane and adjust the size with the Size slider or the drop-down menu.
