All requests for amendment of a registration must be for amp;quot;good cause,amp;quot; which essentially means you need to have a legitimate reason for the amendment. In addition, a request to amend a trademark registration must be accompanied by the required government filing fee and be supported with the proper declaration language. So, why would you need to amend a trademark registration? Although there are many reasons why a trademark owner may need to amend a trademark registration, there are two situations which arise most frequently. The first situation occurs when it comes time for the trademark registration owner to file a Section 8 Decla
