letamp;#39;s pick on observability I know that youamp;#39;ve got some background and open Telemetry as well so what do you think open Telemetry is going these days oh man oh itamp;#39;s really cool to see the evolution of open Telemetry because in like 2019 open Telemetry was announced at Barcelona at kubecon and then you know over the last few years itamp;#39;s had like a lot of consistent contributions and like I had a talk we saw earlier today like in the last six months itamp;#39;s just escalated um at a rate that it just hasnamp;#39;t been seen before right like even before the six months open Telemetry was the second most contributed uh project in all of cncf right and so seeing this adoption um is critical right because itamp;#39;s showing that like you know open symmetry is built um has started to build up gotten a little bit more mature and at this point starting to cross the chasm so from the functionality point of view like distributed tracing yeah absolutely phenomen
