hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here of another quick tutorial today Iamp;#39;m going to show you guys how to create a comment on Microsoft Word so if youamp;#39;re revising somebodyamp;#39;s paper and you want to make sure that they easily can see where in the paper youamp;#39;re referring to if you have a comment or suggestion this tutorial will be for you so weamp;#39;re going to jump right into it so the first thing you want to do is make sure you go underneath the insert tab at the top should be a third tab from the left side and then you want to go over to wherever you want to make your comment so you can highlight over something if you wanted to so letamp;#39;s highlight this sentence for example and then Iamp;#39;m going to left-click on this comment button right here which should insert a comment so you can see that I highlighted this area and now it is highlighted in this comment color so at this point on the right side you can enter a comment y

To make changes to a document, in the upper-right corner, select Edit Document Edit. If someone else created the document, they might not allow editing. You can go to File Save as, save it with another name, and edit the new document. Or you can ask the document owner to enable editing.

Edit topics On the topic page, select Edit. Type an alternate name. Add a short description. Add a person connected to the topic under Confirmed people. For users under Suggested people, you can change their status from Suggested to Confirmed by selecting the pin icon. Add files and pages to pinned files and pages.
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Setup. Under Files and content, select Connect people to knowledge with Viva Topics. This will take you to the Viva Topics admin page. Choose Deploy Topics in 2 steps to enable Topics for your organization.

To edit a topic page On the topic page, select Edit. In the Alternate names section, type any other names that the topic might be referred to. In the Description section, type a couple of sentences that describes the topic.
