After you have submitted a time off request, the person designated by your company to review your time off requests (typically your immediate manager) receives an Inbox message notifying him or her of the request. This designated primary reviewer can either approve, partially approve, or deny the request.
Once approved, you must correct the request to cancel it. Click the Absence icon on the home page.Cancel a Submitted Time Off Request Click Request Absence or Correct My Absence. Click the time off entry on the calendar. Click Cancel this Request.
Click on Requests to view all current requests. To cancel, click the three dots to open the menu and select Cancel. Scroll down within the request to click Cancel once more to confirm.

Editing and Removing Time-Off Requests Regardless of the status of your time-off request, you can always edit or remove the time.
1 Select the appropriate request. 2 Click Approve. Note: You also have the option to click Edit to edit a request, click Refuse to deny the request, click Pending to delay your approval or refusal of the request, or click Retract to withdraw a request.
If changes (dates, times, leave types) need to be made, the time off request must be cancelled. Employees can cancel their own time off requests; supervisors should only cancel the request if the employee is unable to complete the cancellation.
Sending email to your boss/manager is the best and most professional way to apply for cancellation of approved leave. Other ways are by writing a leave cancellation request letter, (or) by direct telephone calls. You need to mention the reason for canceling your leave in the cancellation application (or) mail.
