How to edit existing text in a PDF document Open a PDF file and select the Edit tab. Click a paragraph to edit the text in it. PDF Expert uses an intelligent mechanism to detect paragraphs. Choose font, font size, alignment and customize color on the sidebar on the right. Edit the text.
To make changes to a document, in the upper-right corner, select Edit Document Edit. If someone else created the document, they might not allow editing. You can go to File Save as, save it with another name, and edit the new document. Or you can ask the document owner to enable editing.

Edit text in a PDF Open the PDF you want to edit in Acrobat, and then select Edit in the global bar. The PDF switches to the edit mode, and the Edit panel displays. If the PDF is generated from a scanned document, Acrobat automatically runs OCR to make the text and images editable.
