1. From the Templates page, click NEW and select Create Template. 2. Enter a name and description for your template.
Create a template with the click of a button Enter the templates name and click Create Template. Your document is now saved to the Templates folder. You can access it anytime to create a copy of the document, send it for signing, or generate a shareable signing link.

Select the Gen Templates tab. Select the arrow to the far-right of the Gen template to be edited. Select Edit from the drop-down menu.

Creating a template is a lot like starting an envelope because you can add files, recipients, messages, and signing fields.
Change the Owner of an Envelope Template Select the App Launcher grid . Select the View All link. Select the Apps Launcher tile. Select the envelope templates tab. Select the arrow to the far-right of the Gen template to be edited. Select Change Owner from the options.
To delete a template you own Navigate to the Templates page. Select the My Templates collection and locate the template you want to edit by searching, filtering, or simply scanning the Template list. Click the templates actions menu and select Delete. Confirm your action by clicking DELETE in the confirmation modal.
Click the template actions menu and select Edit. If you do not see the Edit option, check with your administrator regarding your user permissions for templates. If the template is password protected and you are not the owner, enter the password in the Enter Password dialog and click SUBMIT.
