so first write your text then use the Align panel to align it after that go to the layer new and solid here you can change the color of your solid choose any color you like then click okay now in the track mat change it from no mat to your text layer go to the effects and preset panel and type in fral noise drag it onto the solid layer chain this value from 100 to th000 and then chain the blending mode from normal to add make sure your solid layer is selected then double click you on your keyboard click here and again and scroll down under the sub setting hold down alt and right click on the evolution then write this in here and now click anywhere on the screen after that select both layer right click and choose precompose click okay now go back to the effects and preset panel and type in sore texture plug drag it onto the precomposed lay so here what you want to do is change the settings from this to this you can also change the color of the text here if you want to change this white
