You can delete a space that you no longer need. Once deleted, the space disappears for all users in the account. The deleted spaces, along with all its items, are put in the Recycle bin. The space itself shows up as a folder within the bin.
Create a new space from a template Click the + icon 1 in the upper right-hand corner of your workspace and select Space 2from the dropdown. OR. On the page that opens, hover over the template you want to use and click Preview 5. Click Select 7 to create a space.
Add new space admins When creating the space, click the search field 1 in the Manage members and sharing section and select a user from the list. If you dont see someone on the list, start typing their name and select them once they appear.
Edit space settings Navigate to the relevant space. Click the Gear icon in the sidebar or the Gear icon in the space header. From the space settings window you can: Rename the space. Change the space description. Make the space Private, Public, or Locked. Change the space icon. Invite 6 and remove 7 members. Click Save.
Modify Space Properties In the Project Browser, open a floor plan or section view that contains the space that you want to modify. Make spaces visible, if needed. Select a space either in the floor plan, in the section view, or in the System Browser. On the Properties palette, modify the space properties. Click OK.
Edit custom field properties from the account-wide custom field management Open the account-wide custom fields management. Click the row of the relevant custom field in the table. Edit the fields properties in the panel that opens on the right. Click Save.
