Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can set up a signature in Outlook on both the desktop and on the web, and before we jump into it, as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. Why dont we jump into it, that way you could start looking very professional with nice signatures in your emails. Lets jump into it. All right, well here I am on my desktop and what were going to do first is I want to show you how to do it using Outlook desktop. I have Outlook here on my taskbar. Im going to go ahead and click on this. This is the latest version of Outlook, its part of Office 365. Itll probably work if you have an older version of Outlook as well, but I cant promise anything, but signatures havent changed that much. Its been a feature in Outlook for a very long time, so if you follow along, it should work for you regardless of what version you have. So here I am in Outlook. How do you update your signature?

Open Gmail settings (click a Machine Bearing icon on the upper right side and choose Settings); then go to a Signature section (under the General tab in Settings); Inside the Signature edit box, paste the content you copied (click Command+V on Mac and Control+V on PC or Edit-Paste);
Add or change a signature Open the Gmail app . In the top left, tap Menu . Scroll to the bottom, then tap Settings. Choose the Google Account where you want to add a signature. Tap Mobile Signature. Enter the text for your signature. Tap OK.
Manage multiple signatures Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit . At the bottom, click Save Changes.
Open the Outlook app and go to the Outlook icon. Tap on your account and then tap Signature. Enter the text and links you want to use as your signature and tap Done. Your signature will now appear at the bottom of all outgoing emails from Outlook on your Android device!
Try it! Select New Email. Select Signature Signatures. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK. Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like. Select OK and close the email. Select New Email to see the signature you created.
This issue might occur if you access your Office 365 email account in Outlook. If you cannot change or add a new email signature, this is most likely caused by a certain value entered into Registry. It has nothing to do with Office 365 Administration, it is entirely dependent on Microsoft Windows functionalities.
A person is free to change a signature, and most people change the way they write their names between childhood and adulthood. However, since there is no legal signature, you don`t need to know how to legally change your signature. You can change it every day if you wish.
Create an email signature Select New Email. Select Signature Signatures. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK. Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like. Select OK and close the email. Select New Email to see the signature you created.
