Can I edit a PDF that I signed? If youre the only one signer, you can remove the signature and then work on the document or edit the source document. To remove your signature, right-click the signature and then choose Clear Signature.
Change an email signature Click File Options Mail Signatures. Click the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When youre done, select Save OK.

If youre having trouble removing your own signature, try updating your Digital ID in your PDF editor. In docHub, simply navigate to Edit Preferences Signatures and click the More button by Identities Trusted Certificates. Select the Digital IDs category and ensure your ID matches the signature on the PDF.
Change email signature in Outlook for Windows Open Outlook and click on the File tab. Click Options and then choose Mail. Scroll down to the Signatures section and click the Edit button. Make your changes in the Signature Editor and then click OK.
To customize a new signature appearance: Choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences (Macintosh). Choose in the left-hand list: x and earlier: Security and in the Appearance panel, choose New or Edit. x: Signatures Creation and Appearance More, and in the Appearance panel, choose New or Edit.
