How to Modify Signature Document on Mac

Follow the steps to modify your signature document on Mac

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the DocHub website. Log in to your account or create one if you don’t have an existing account.
  2. Once logged in, locate and upload the document that contains your signature. You can drag and drop files directly from your computer or select them from your Google Drive.
  3. After the document is uploaded, look for the signature tool in the editing options. Use this tool to select the existing signature you wish to modify.

You can choose a signature to automatically add to messages you send. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. Select an account in the left column. How to change your signature on the Gmail mobile app: Tap on the three bars in the top-left corner of the screen. This will open up a menu. Select the email account you want to create a signature for. Under General, tap Signature settings (iPhone) or Mobile Signature (Android)
To change these settings in the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. Choose signatures to work with by clicking All Signatures or an email account. The list of signatures in All Signatures or an account.
To edit a signature for an account, click the account in the left column, then click a signature in the middle column. When All Signatures is selected, you can add an existing signature to another account by dragging the signature from the middle column to the account in the left column.
