There are no laws in India that dictate terms on signature change. The most sensible move would be to immediately make an affidavit and docHub it. The affidavit should contain an attachment that provides a specimen of the old and new signature.
You can customize the email signature that appears automatically at the bottom of every email you send. Go to Settings Mail, then tap Signature (below Composing). Tap the text field, then edit your signature.
Add or change a signature Open the Gmail app . In the top left, tap Menu . Scroll to the bottom, then tap Settings. Choose the Google Account where you want to add a signature. Tap Mobile Signature. Enter the text for your signature. Tap OK.
Customize your email signature You can customize the email signature that appears automatically at the bottom of every email you send. Go to Settings Mail, then tap Signature (below Composing). Tap the text field, then edit your signature. You can only use text in your Mail signatures.
Open Gmail. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes.
To edit a signature for an account, click the account in the left column, then click a signature in the middle column. When All Signatures is selected, you can add an existing signature to another account by dragging the signature from the middle column to the account in the left column.
Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature that you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. At the bottom, click Save changes.
Manage multiple signatures Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit . At the bottom, click Save Changes.
