Signer Reassignment The original recipient simply enters the name and email of the appropriate person, and then “reassigns” the signature request. To enable Signer Reassignment, include the "allow_reassign" parameter in your POST request.
You can edit a template or template link at any time. Before you make edits, there are a few things to consider: If you edit a template, you'll need to cancel any pending signature requests that were sent using that template, and send new signature requests using the updated version.
Click “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) next to the template or template link you'd like to edit. Click Edit and follow the prompts to make your edits.
Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner. Select Edit signature. Click the clock icon on the left-hand side to see your saved signatures. Click the correct signature.
You can edit and resend a document for signature at any time; however, once you resend the signature request, anyone who has already signed will need to sign again.
If the Envelope you sent is already marked as Completed, then no additional changes can be made to the Envelope. You will need to void the old Envelope, then send a new Envelope to the client to fill out with the correct information.
When you add signers, the Set signer order option will appear with a toggle next to it. Once you toggle Set signer order to on, you'll notice that a grid of dots appears to the left of the signer role. You can click and drag the grid of dots to rearrange the order of signers.
Sign in to hellosign.com. Click Templates in the left sidebar. Click “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) next to the template or template link you'd like to edit. Click Edit and follow the prompts to make your changes.
Click and drag a Textbox from the left sidebar to your document. Click the dropdown menu below Assigned to in the right sidebar. Click Sender. Give the field a name in the box below Merge field.
On hellosign.com Sign in to hellosign.com. Click Documents in the left sidebar. Hover over“⁝”(vertical ellipsis) next to the request you'd like to cancel. Click Delete pending.
