Find the Reference Check Candidate option and click "Edit." Ensure the form is set for the candidate reference check. To add questions, type them in (e.g., "How long have you known them?") and choose the appropriate answer format, such as text box, checkbox, dropdown, or file upload. For yes/no questions, select the correct model and click "Save." You can also delete questions if needed. Finally, remember to click "Save" to update the form.
