Select the text you want to revise, and use the Track Changes feature to mark up the document. This feature can be accessed by clicking the Review tab in the top navigation bar and selecting Track Changes. Make the necessary changes to the text. Any modifications will be highlighted to indicate the changes.
Redlining might not be worth doing seeing all the problems it can cause a minimal reward but it does sound cool to do it and there is no harm redlining your engine once a while.
Follow these steps to redline your PDF in the Acrobat desktop app: Upload your PDF to Acrobat. Choose Tools Comment to view the toolbar. Click the Strikethrough option, then select red for the color.
