hey guys itamp;#39;s time for another two minute tuesday my name is lisa and today weamp;#39;re talking about sending emails to undisclosed recipients letamp;#39;s get started when you send emails to groups of individuals you may need to maintain their email privacy outlook has a way for you to do this using the bcc feature letamp;#39;s take a look at it to send an email to hidden recipients open a new email click on the options tab and select bcc from the show fields section once you have turned on bcc it is going to remain on until you choose to turn it off once you have that turned on you do have the option of still including someone in the to field if you want their email to display or you can skip the to field and go straight to bcc and include all of the individuals there you would like to be hidden you can select them from the drop down list of recent people you can type in any email or you can click on the bcc button to open the global address book inside the global address

Best answer by Community Expert Thank you for docHubing out here in the Community. You can apply changes to any envelope or recipient that has not been marked as completed. Once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations.
Add and remove recipients: Click the recipients field when youre replying. Add recipients by typing more email addresses, and remove recipients by clicking Remove X next to an email address. next to the recipients name and select Edit subject.
Locate the recipients details section and click on the edit option next to their email address. You will be prompted to input the new email address for the recipient. After making the necessary changes, ensure to save the updated information.
Editing Recipients: To edit a recipient, click the Edit link to the left of the recipients name and repeat steps 2 and 3. Changing Recipient Order: You can change the order in which recipients receive the envelope by typing a different value in the Order field or by dragging and dropping the row into a new position.
Update Recipients should be used when you want to set up a recipient as a reviewer of the signer information. They can specify details for role recipients and update information for named recipients.
