In eSignature Settings, select Permission Profiles. Find the permission profile you want to edit or view. Note: You cannot edit the DS Admin, DS Sender, and DS Viewer permission profiles. Select Actions Edit next to the permission profile.
Edit Documents With Edit Log on to CLM. Select the document you want to edit. The selected document displays in Document Preview. Select Edit Open Document. Make any needed changes to the selected document, and select Save.
Editing Recipients: To edit a recipient, click the Edit link to the left of the recipients name and repeat steps 2 and 3. Changing Recipient Order: You can change the order in which recipients receive the envelope by typing a different value in the Order field or by dragging and dropping the row into a new position.
When I am sending an envelope, how do I make sure that my recipient(s) can edit the document if they need to do so? When you are preparing to send the envelope, scroll down to Advanced Options towards the bottom of the screen and select Edit. Make sure that the box is checked for Allow recipients to edit.
Using the Website Locate the recipients details section and click on the edit option next to their email address. You will be prompted to input the new email address for the recipient. After making the necessary changes, ensure to save the updated information.

Allow To Edit should be used if you want to grant full correct rights for an envelope to another user. This manager type can edit the entire envelope, using the correct mode to make changes. This manager type requires a account, but the manager is not assigned any fields.
You can enable the document markup option for any envelope you send or template you create. As you set up your envelope, in the Add Documents and Recipients view, select ADVANCED OPTIONS. In the Advanced Options modal, enable the setting Allow recipients to edit. Select SAVE.
