sometimes you may have thousands of recipients and you go to locate those recipients and you canamp;#39;t seem to find them well this could be due to a problem with a scope setting or a governor as to the number of recipients that are allowed to be displayed so how would you correct this problem well you would open up The Exchange Management console and in the navigation tree you would select the recipient configuration Pane and if we expand out the actions pane you notice here we have an option modify the maximum number of recipients to display the default is 1,000 so if you have more than a th000 recipients and youamp;#39;d like to be able to see all of them here under recipient configuration you can change this number here to display more recipients in addition you might notice the modify recipient scope where you can make changes to whatamp;#39;s shown under recipients in this case weamp;#39;re shown everything in this domain but you can browse and change this you can change it
