Option Buttons or Radio Buttons work in a similar way to list boxes. To add an option button to your worksheet , click on Developer tab, and from Insert , form controls , click on Option Button. Draw it below the table, like this. Click inside and edit the text. I can copy it and add 3 more option buttons. Rename them and with CTRL highlight them all so I can align to the left , from Format Tab. Nice! If you want to use more than one set of options, like this, then you have to group them, from Developer Tab , Insert button and Group Box. When my buttons are in a group this means that I can move them around and format them all in one go. Now Im gonna remove them. Then right click on the first one , format controls and from Control Tab you can set your settings. As a cell link , use A6 cell. As you can see the other three get that cell link assigned to it. The first one is a one the 2nd is 2 etc. So each option button is given a number. As I add new buttons the value output is increase
