To prevent radio buttons from disappearing when previewing a fillable form, separate them into different groups. Add all radio buttons first, then rename choices to create separate groups. For example, if choices are all in group 46, split them into groups 46 and 47 by changing the group number in the properties. This ensures each choice is in a distinct group during form previewing.
