hey everyone itamp;#39;s mrs. Wommack again and todayamp;#39;s lesson is over modifying phrases now in order to understand todayamp;#39;s lesson itamp;#39;s really important that you have watched the video on adjectives and adverbs as modifiers already before seeing this one so if you havenamp;#39;t go ahead and stop now and go back to that video before this will make a lot of sense to you both of the videos go hand-in-hand and theyamp;#39;re both relatively short but it really is important that you watch the adjective and adverb video first before this one modifying phrases are simply prepositional phrases that act as modifiers in fact thatamp;#39;s what a prepositional phrase does it acts as a modifier in a sentence and since itamp;#39;s acting as a modifier that means that prepositional phrases act as either adjectives or adverbs letamp;#39;s look at an example sentence to understand this now before we can find the prepositional phrase we need to identify the preposition if

It will begin to gradually phase out MOBI format support on November 1, 2023, and will completely stop support for MOBI format on December 20, 2023. Unlike the previous announcement, Amazon has provided a detailed execution plan for the cessation of MOBI format support in the Send to Kindle service this time.
An EPUB is essentially a ZIP file containing nested folders with XHTML text, images, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), embedded fonts, and metadata files. Almost anyone can edit EPUB files with the help of an eBook editing tool, although some familiarity with hypertext markup language (HTML) is helpful.
Yes, the MOBI format is dead. After 2022, Amazon not only recommends you use the EPUB format instead, but officially will not allow you to upload MOBI to KDP or sideload MOBI onto your Kindle devices.
Amazon uses the MOBI and AZW file formats for its Kindle software and readers. But as per their recent email, they are discontinuing support for MOBI ebooks. MOBI is an ancient ebook format and can no longer fit in with the latest developments in ebook technology and features offered by Amazon.
Technically, no, you cant edit Mobi files directly. But you can unpack a Mobi file to HTML + OPF/NCX (or convert it to ePub), make your edits, and then recompile your new and improved Mobi. There is a Calibre plugin called Mobi Unpack that will extract the mobi and you can edit the html file to your liking.
MOBI is specifically for Kindle devices. Consider your audiences preferences and the platforms youll distribute on. For wide compatibility, EPUB is often the best choice, but if targeting Kindle users exclusively, MOBI may be preferred.
Over the last two years, as of this writing, Amazon and Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) has slowly phased out the MOBI file in favor of the EPUB file for ebooks. Starting from 2022, there is no longer any reason why you would ever need a MOBI file ever.
