hi my name is Bree Clark and Iamp;#39;m a software expert today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to change series data in Microsoft Excel in the spreadsheet I have open I have a chart that shows the total for the sales for each of five regions but I want it to show q4 sales instead of the total sales so Iamp;#39;m going to click in the center of the chart on the plot area and then Iamp;#39;m just going to move this blue box around the total values to q4 and to do that Iamp;#39;m going to position my pointer on the edge of that blue box so that it turns into a four pointed arrow click hold and drag over to q4 and let go and notice how my chart changes and even the y-axis adjusts to the new range of values my name is Bree Clark Iamp;#39;m a software expert and I just showed you how to change series data in Microsoft Excel

Click a cell that contains a function and click the Microsoft Excel function button. The Function Editor is displayed. The Arguments list shows the parameter values currently used by the function. The Formula Result field will display RECALC## as the formula result may change when recalculated.
Edit data in a cell Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click a cell thats empty, or double-click a cell that isnt empty. Start typing. Optional: To add another line within a cell, press ⌘ + Enter on a Mac or Ctrl + Enter on Windows. When youre done, press Enter.
Change a data validation condition On the Format menu, click Data Validation. In the Data Validation dialog box, click the condition that you want to change, click Modify, and then make the changes that you want.
Ensure the Excel file is not open in any other location. Check that you have the appropriate permissions to edit the file. Verify that your file isnt corrupted. Ensure your Excel software is updated.
On the active worksheet, select the cell or range in which you want to edit existing or enter new data. In the active cell, type new data or edit the existing data, and then press Enter or Tab to move the selection to the next cell. The changes are applied to all the worksheets that you selected.
By pressing the F2 key, it is possible to edit existing data in an Excel Sheet.
Click the cell that contains the data that you want to edit, and then click anywhere in the formula bar. This starts Edit mode and positions the cursor in the formula bar at the location that you clicked. Click the cell that contains the data that you want to edit, and then press F2.
Go to Home Cells Format. Under Cell Size, select Column Width. In the Column width box, type the value that you want.
