how to change the password in 1fs 8.0 so well start here our management console we want to navigate to the access tab and then the memberships and roles once were in our memberships and roles we can select our provider to change the admin password Im gonna use the file system from here I can just view and edit the admin and you can see I have many different options here so I can change the password I can change my home directory and so what Im going to do is Im going to add my password and Im gonna select the bin SH from my UNIX shell if you dont select something here youll get an error and then Ill just save my changes and Im gonna close this out well log out and well try our new password and it worked and thats how you change the password in one FS
