hello my name is Josiah Ray owner and creator of Jr studios.com Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to change the page number styles on Microsoft Word so here I am inside word and the first thing Iamp;#39;m going to do is insert some page numbers so letamp;#39;s go to insert and underneath the header footer area weamp;#39;re going to click on page number and I just want it to be sort of on the top of the page and we can click just the default one here so there we go weamp;#39;ve got a page number on top of the page and if we were to have multiple Pages it would show up there too so to alter this if we uh say we closed the header and we wanted to change the style you can just double click on it and it will reopen the design Tab and we can come all the way over to the uh the left here and click on page number and format page numbers and here we can change a bunch of different stuff about sort of just the way that theyamp;#39;re displayed ABC you know one two 3 Etc uh with like

Let me explain how it works. On the Insert tab, click the Page Number icon, and then click Page Number. Select a location, and then pick an alignment style. Word automatically numbers every page, except designated title pages. To change the numbering style, select Format and then choose the formatting you want to use.
