Solution Go to the Admin console. From the left side menu, go to Devices Chrome Setting Users and browsers. To apply the change to all the users select the main organizational unit otherwise select a child OU. Look for the policies that must be modified. Save the changes.
Notice that its keyboard is quite simple; while it has the standard Ctrl and Alt keys that both Windows computers and Macs have, there is no Option key, Fn key, or other special (Windows/Mac logo) keys. There are no function keys along the top (F1-F12).
First, make sure you back up and save any important files stored on your device. Enabling Developer Mode wipes all locally stored data, which cant be restored. Its the same as factory resetting your Chromebook. Press and hold the Esc + Refresh keys, then push the power button.
Navigate your settings in Chromebook At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings . Or press Alt + Shift + s. At the top, in the search bar, type a keyword, like Wi-Fi. Tip: To go to the search bar, you can also press Ctrl + f. In the dropdown, select an option.
To determine the default settings for a particular policy, open it in Group Policy. Open Group Policy and go to Administrative Templates Google. Google Chrome. Find and open the policy you want to configure. Choose an option: EnableAllows you to change the policy from the default setting.
Make sure your Chromebook is off. Unscrew your Chromebook back cover. Unscrew the battery and unplug the power cord connecting the battery and the motherboard. Open your Chromebook and press the power button for 30 seconds. This should bypass the admin block.
To remove Chrome browser management policies from a Windows device, you need to clear the Chrome registry settings and then restart Chrome browser. For details on clearing the registry, see Microsofts documentation. Delete the registry keys: HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\Google\Chrome.
