Use the ruler to adjust indents (margins) for a particular paragraph. The indent markers represent the left and right indents of the paragraph containing the cursor or the first paragraph of a selection.
Select View View Settings. Select Other Settings in the Advanced View Settings box.
Change how email is displayed At the top of the page, select Settings Mail Layout. From here you edit a number of settings which change how your mailbox is displayed.
Set the default margin Click PAGE LAYOUT Margins. At the bottom, click Custom Margins. In the Page Setup box, enter new values for the margins.
Click the Slides Sized For menu and select the Custom option. Type the desired margin measurements in the Height and Width fields, ing to the page size.
Change margins in your document to change the layout and make sure everything fits. Select Layout Margins. Select the margin measurements you want. Note: If your document contains multiple sections, the new margins apply only to the selected sections.
On the File tab, choose Options Mail. Under Compose messages, in the Compose messages in this format list, click HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text.
