[Music] but but i mean the other side the flip side of this whole discussion i cant stress this enough when you guys are older youre going to realize that you absolutely should not have been in so much of a rush when you were younger when youre older youre gonna realize that time goes by plenty fast and i know it feels excruciating right now the thought of waiting another cycle oh my god how could i possibly do that but i promise you that a year from now youre going to look back on it and its going to have gone by in a flash and and literally a year from now you could already have your admissions offers you could already have your scholarship offers if you wait a cycle 12 months from today we would already be looking at your some of your offers i mean thats my essentially my i dont know that everyone needs to hear my plan but thats essentially my plan anyway but ive been studying so i feel like i need to just get these scores out of the way now so i i think well see i feel

Is the LSAT changing in 2023?

As of October 2019, all parties have settled. The result is that they will work together to identify additional accommodations for people with disabilities and also replace the logic games by the year 2023 with a new analytical reasoning section.

How many times can you reschedule LSAT?

Three times in a single testing year (the next testing cycle begins with the August 2022 test and goes through the June 2023 test). Five times within the current and five past testing years (the period in which LSAC reports scores to law schools).

Do you get a refund if you cancel LSAT?

Withdrawing your registration will prevent an absentee notation from appearing on your LSAC file, but you will not receive a refund. (If you register for another test date, you will be required to pay the full LSAT registration fee.)

Has the LSAT changed since 2010?

There have been two notable adjustments to the LSAT in the last ten years. First, in 2007, comparative reading was introduced. On every LSAT since then, one of the four Reading Comp selections has been made up of two short passages, with questions about the passages taken together. The second change came in 2012.

When was the last time the LSAT was changed?

In October 2018, the Law School Admissions Council announced the biggest change to the LSAT in more than 25 years: the LSAT would move from a paper-and-pencil to a digital test format.

What year did the LSAT change?

The first administration of the LSAT followed and occurred in 1948. From the tests inception until 1981, scores were reported on a scale of 200 to 800; from 1981 to 1991, a 48-point scale was used. In 1991, the scale was changed again, so that reported scores range from 120 to 180.
